This Privacy Policy describes how D-RESSOURCES ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects information in connection with our application DA_spend_reader (the "App"), which is used to retrieve advertising performance statistics from advertising accounts on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).

The App is an internal reporting tool. Using the Meta Marketing API and the ads_read permission, it reads advertising statistics from ad accounts that belong to, or are managed by, our business and that we have been given authorized access to. The App is not a consumer-facing service and does not offer a login for the general public.
We only access the data needed to produce advertising reports:
We do not collect or store the personal data of the people who see or interact with our ads (such as their names, profiles, messages, or contact details). The statistics we receive are aggregated.
We do not use the data for purposes unrelated to advertising reporting, and we do not use it for profiling individuals.
We do not sell, rent or trade data obtained through Meta. Reports may be shared with the owner of the relevant ad account (for example, our client), and with service providers that host or support our infrastructure and who are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may disclose information if required by law.
Advertising statistics are kept only as long as needed for reporting purposes, and no longer than 24 months unless the ad account owner asks us to delete them sooner. Access tokens are deleted when access is revoked or when the App is no longer used with the relevant account.
We protect data with appropriate technical and organizational measures, including restricted access, encrypted storage of access tokens and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit access to authorized personnel.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority (in France: the CNIL, www.cnil.fr). To exercise your rights, contact us at dressourcesorg@gmail.com.
You can ask us to delete the data associated with the App at any time:
You can also remove the App's access yourself at any time: in Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or, in Meta Business Settings, remove the App from Accounts → Apps) and remove DA_spend_reader. Once access is revoked, the App can no longer read your data, and we will delete the stored data on request as described above.
The App relies on Meta platforms. Your use of Meta products is governed by Meta's own terms and privacy policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy.
The App is intended for business use only and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
